1. Choose your roles

Tick everything you are happy to help with. You can pick more than one.

6:30am – 8:00am

Rigging the course, setting out marker buoys, signage, tables and gazebos before racing starts.

8:00am – 9:30am

Staffing the registration desk: checking paddlers in, issuing race numbers, answering questions.

9:30am – 11:00am

On-water safety: safety boat drivers and crew watching over paddlers for the duration of racing.

11:00am – 12:00pm

Clearing the course, collecting buoys and signage, packing away equipment after the last race.

Open to everyone
8:00am – 12:00pm

Supply of food and other items (sausages, bread, sauces, napkins etc), setup of BBQ area including tables and bins, pricing display, cash float and e-reader, chefs and servers roster, packdown and cleanup.
